We had one of the best kayaking experiences of all time. Deb was informative,  friendly and professional.  We did the 4 hour trip and went from the new kayak ramp outside of town and paddled our way back to South Haven. Deb was a pleasure to work with from the beginning! We couldn't find the place initially as we thought it was the building next door, so we called and Deb met us right outside and directed us where to park. She was very patient with us unloading our three small children from the car and gathering our belongings. The check-in process was quick and easy. She had life vests for all ages and sizes. We rented tandem kayaks and she helped each of us get on. She also provided us a wet bag to keep our valuables safe as well as waterproof phone holders. Deb was very knowledgeable of the area and pointed us in the right direction! Deb is delightful!  She was so patient each time I called with a new question.☺️ Everything from  booking our excursion to “checking out” at the end was seamless.  Upon arrival, Deb and her husband kindly offered water before we launched, sunscreen and snapped photos of us!   They are so kind and personable!
They offer a scenic nature excursion up river or you can cruise through the marina/downtown South Haven to Lake Michigan.  We chose to travel through the marina.  Despite the many boats, it was easy to navigate and the energy around us was really great!   A beautiful afternoon to be on the water! Deb was amazing! She thought of everything. I appreciated the phone call before to check on the size of our group (we all booked separately) to ensure things run smoothly. It was raining when we reached the end of our route. Deb had dry towels and made us feel very welcome and taken care of. This was the most friendly and warm kayaking experience I have ever had :)
